AssetPointe - Mobile Asset Tracking
Track and update valuable company assets through the combination of PointeWare's Web Services and a mobile AssetPointe. The solution offers check-in and check-out with accountability and reporting.
AssetPointe - Mobile Application
Field personnel with the correct Role level can check in and out bar coded assets to or from users to a location. Audits can be performed on site or any defined location. AssetPointe electronically time stamps an item for the location and assigns the item to a an individual providing a chain of ownership. The assigning user must have the correct Role to assign or receive an asset. Data is moved from the phone to via wireless internet connection to your server or a PointeWare hosted server. Where ever the data is hosted, a chain of ownership for a users is created for as asset at a location.
AssetPointe - Web Services
Manage costly assets via PointeWare's Web Services. Our Web Services gives a customer access to Users, Locations, Items (Assets), and Reporting. The ability to track and trace the results for each item inside and outside your 4 walls.
From the time a user checks out an asset to the time it is returned, the item is traceable from job to job, and user to user. Role based authority insures a chain of ownership and the ability to create, edit, and delete Users, Locations, and Items.
Reporting is based on the mobile data from AssetPointe and can be filtered by Activity type or searched by Item, Name, or User. Items are added and can be shared via an XML message schema with sub-systems.
